NDIS Compliance Statement

We are committed to providing safe, ethical, and high-quality support in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.

All supports are delivered with a strong focus on:

• Participant choice and control

• Dignity, respect, and privacy

• Safety, wellbeing, and risk minimisation

• Trauma-informed and person-centred care

Our team members and contractors hold all required clearances, including:

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

• Police Check

• Working With Children Check (where applicable)

• First Aid and CPR certification

Safeguarding & Risk Management

We actively manage risks through:

• Individualised support planning

• Clear communication with participants, families, and support coordinators

• Incident identification, documentation, and escalation where required

• Ongoing monitoring of participant wellbeing

Any incidents or concerns are addressed promptly and in accordance with NDIS incident management and reporting requirements.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Participant information is handled confidentially and stored securely. Personal information is only shared where required to deliver supports, meet legal obligations, or with participant consent.

Feedback, Complaints & Concerns

We value feedback and see it as an opportunity to improve our services. Participants, families, and representatives are encouraged to raise concerns at any time. Complaints are taken seriously and managed fairly, respectfully, and without fear of retribution. For all feedback please email admin@vantis.support
