Experienced leadership
Tim King, Founder
Tim King founded VANTIS after working across social work, case management, Child Safety, Youth Justice and complex mental health support.
His experience with young people and adults navigating crisis, instability and behavioural complexity shaped a clear view: strong outcomes start with consistent people and dependable systems.
In 2018, Tim moved into independent NDIS support and saw the gap between ad hoc staffing and the structured delivery complex participants often require.
Today, he leads VANTIS’s team and operating frameworks, with an emphasis on thoughtful matching, clear communication, accountable reporting and respectful support.
