High Intensity Supports provide structured, consistent assistance for adults with complex psychosocial disability who require close supervision, routine and risk-aware care. VANTIS delivers stable, clinically aligned support teams that reduce escalation, increase safety and support sustainable community living.
-
VANTIS provides structured, one-on-one mentoring for young people with complex needs — including justice-system involvement, disengagement from education, family instability, or emerging behavioural risk. Drawing on direct experience across child protection, youth justice and mental health, our mentors bring the same structure, consistency and clinical alignment that underpins all VANTIS support — adapted for young people at a critical stage of their development.
We support young people who require consistent, trusted adult relationships to build stability — including those transitioning out of youth justice involvement, disengaging from school, or living in unstable family or care environments where standard mentoring models haven't held.
-
Forensic Mental Health Reintegration supports adults transitioning from custodial, hospital or forensic mental health settings back into the community. VANTIS provides disciplined, outcome-focused support that prioritises safety, accountability and gradual reintegration through clinically aligned care.
-
VANTIS provides clear, structured behavioural reporting to support clinical alignment and safer service delivery. We document patterns, triggers and progress in a professional format that supports behaviour support plans, improves team consistency and reduces escalation risk.
-
High-Intensity Daily Support delivers predictable, hands-on assistance for participants who require close supervision and structured routines to remain safe and stable. VANTIS provides consistent support teams, clear communication pathways and risk-aware daily structure to support sustainable community living.
Built for complex referrals
VANTIS partners with support coordinators, families and clinicians when standard support has not been enough—particularly where consistency, structure and careful risk management matter.
A disciplined support model
We build small, carefully matched teams around clear routines, communication pathways and documented goals. This gives participants greater stability and gives referrers timely, useful visibility over progress, risk and outcomes.
What participants and partners can expect
STRUCTURE
VANTIS operates through disciplined, predictable frameworks that create stability for individuals with complex psychosocial disability. Clear routines, defined roles and structured systems reduce uncertainty, minimise escalation and support regulation and safety.
CONSISTENCY
Reliable teams and uninterrupted support are central to VANTIS’ model. Consistency in staffing, communication and routines builds trust, prevents breakdowns and supports sustainable progress, particularly during high-risk periods such as transitions and reintegration.
CLINICAL ALIGNMENT
All supports are informed by evidence-based practice and delivered in collaboration with clinicians, behaviour practitioners and support coordinators. VANTIS prioritises alignment with care plans, risk assessments and therapeutic goals to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
INTEGRITY
Professionalism, transparency and accountability underpin every aspect of service delivery. VANTIS maintains clear boundaries, ethical practice and open communication with stakeholders to ensure confidence and reliability at all levels.
OUTCOMES
The focus is on real, measurable outcomes including increased stability, reduced escalation, successful transitions and sustainable community living. Services are designed to move participants toward greater independence while maintaining safety and support.
